- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

- The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking due to inaccurate information, misuse, or unforeseen circumstances.

All content on our platform (text, images, graphics, logos, etc.) is the property of Awadhi Realtors or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.  

6. Limitation of Liability  

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awadhi Realtors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.  

7. Indemnification  

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Awadhi Realtors, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our platform or violation of these Terms.  

8. Termination  

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the platform.  

9. Governing Law  

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
